Greely Maintance Building
We have been working hard to get the sitework done for the maintenance building at Greely in Cumberland. The site work has included digging the foundation, the services and reconstructing the parking lot.
Cumberland Crossing
Work at Cumberland Cross has been busy! This year we have done new road construction including water, sewer, drainage and underground utilities, also, prepped house lots and sidewalks.
Residental Work
Summer of 2025 has been busy! We have done a wide variety of residential work. Some of this work has consisted of digging a foundation for an addition on Cousins Island, prepping a water service in Windham, redid an old septic system in Cumberland, demolition of a house in Topsham, prepping a site for a barn in Pownal, and prepping a few new house lots in Westbrook.
